From the dropdown in the the upper left choose Community / Forms submissions (Not sure how to access BLOX Applications? Click here).
From the Form Search at the top of the Form Submission Manager, select New from the Processed dropdown menu. Click Search. This will clear the Search Results of all except New (unprocessed) forms.
Note: Be aware that within Form Submissions, you can capture announcement information to use in creating article assets in the Asset workspace, and you can process forms to capture payments. Form Submissions does not turn form submissions into published pieces.
Double click on the form you wish to work with; the Form Viewer opens and displays all of the form's Names/Values. From the top of the Form Viewer, you can choose to Export Record, Copy Record, View Files (if applicable), Refund Transaction (if applicable), and Print. From the bottom of the Form Viewer, click OK.
Note: If the form has not been processed yet, the OK button will not appear. There will be a Saved As Processed button there instead.
To collect the form information needed to create an article asset and publish an announcement, you can either choose Export Record which will download all names and values from the form to a CSV file on your computer, or you can select Copy Record. The Copy Submission screen opens, and you can use CTRL+A to select all the information, and then use CTRL+C to Copy. Click OK at the bottom of the Copy Submission screen when done. You can now open any word processing program, or a new Article Asset in Editorial / Assets application and Paste (CTRL+V) the information.
If the form includes a file, such as a photo for an announcement, it can be viewed by clicking on View Files at the top of the Form Viewer screen. This opens the Form Files window, from which you can download the file onto your computer or network. Click OK to close the window when done.
If the submitted form involved a monetary exchange, the View Transaction button at the top of the screen will be active. Clicking on it will display the View Form Transaction screen. This provides all the information on the financial details. Click Close when finished with the screen.
To print all the form information, including transaction details, click Print.
When a user submits a form, the form appears in BloxCMS with a status of New. After you have gathered the information necessary from the form, click Save as Processed on the bottom of the Form Viewer.
This will change the form status to Complete, and update the Processed By column with your Account ID.
