Note: There are two blocks that can be used to pull in content that is with the same presentation; Editorial: Full Article and Email Card: Full Article.
From the dropdown in the the upper left choose Design / Blocks (Not sure how to access BLOX Applications? Click here). In the URL's Library, select the URL you want to place the block and click on Edit to open it. In the Blocks Library, click on New / Content Block. This opens the Create a New Block window.
In the Create a New Block window, in the upper left, select Editorial for the Block Type. Enter Editorial in the Search Field and click Search. Select Editorial: Full Article. Notice the name is automatically populated below where it says Give The Block a Name near the bottom. Click Continue. The Edit Block Content window will open.
In the Edit Content Block window, under Content, there are three sections: Query Rules - Sorting Rules - Query Results. Under Query Rules, click on the rules that are there by default and then click on Remove.
Still under Content / Query Rules, click on Add. This will open the Choose a Rule Type window.
In the Choose a Rule Type window, select Presentation and then click Continue. This opens the Edit Presentation Rule window.
In the Edit Presentation Rule window, for Operation select Presentation is. For Presentations, select the Presentation to meet the purpose of the block you are adding. Here we are selecting Long-Form. Then click OK. This window closes and returns you to Edit Content Block window.
In the Edit Content Block window, notice content appears in the Query Results section. Now, in the lower left under Sorting Rules, click on Add. This will open the Edit Sorting Rule window.
In the Edit Sorting Rule window, for Sort By, select the Sorting Rule you want. Choose the Direction you want then click OK. This window will close and return you to the Edit Content Block window.
In the Edit Content Block window, in the lower right corner, above Cancel, there is a Change button. Next to it, its says "Displaying from 1st matched item to a maximum of 20." You can list up to 50 Assets in a Block. To change the Value, click on Change. This opens the Change Query Size window.
In the Change Query Size window, enter the Max. Items you want displayed in this block. Then enter the Number of the Asset listed to be displayed first on the front end. By default it is set to 1 but you can change it to give preference to another Asset. Click OK. This closes and takes you back to the Edit Content Block window.
In the Edit Content Block window, click on Configuration at the top. By default the Name is Editorial: Full Article. You can customize the name in the Name Field. You can give it a Description too. This information is not displayed on the front end.
Now click on Save Changes at the bottom right corner.
On the Front End of your site, you'll see all the Article Assets presented in the Same Presentation.
